Sarah & Cory Engagement at Stone Mountain | Atlanta Wedding Photographer

Is Stone Mountain the least creative name for a mountain ever?  Maybe.  But we’re here to celebrate the engagement of Sarah and Cory!

Sarah and Cory met when Sarah was waiting tables at Vintage Pizza in Chamblee (awesome pizza btw).  Cory is an Atlanta police officer and one of his buddies owns the place and Sarah just happened to wait on Cory’s table one night.  They hit it off.  Obviously.  So we started out at Vintage Pizza and took a few pictures before heading to Stone Mountain.

I really really like these two.  They’re so laid back, just really nice people.  Sarah is way into the photography part of her wedding, which of course I like.  ;o)  When we all met for the first time Sarah had already gone to Stone Mtn and took some pictures scouting locations for our shoot!  Aweseome, right?  I know.

We had a great shoot at Stone Mtn and ended up at Vintage Pizza and had dinner.  I love to get to know my clients and it was nice to just have  a relaxed dinner after a long day of shooting.

Oh P.S.  If you go shoot at Stone Mtn and want to shoot on this beautiful wooden bridge, take a book to read while you wait FOREVER for all the cars to go back and forth.  Ugh…

Okay enjoy!

@Susan – Thanks so much!

@Michele – I loved the chalk idea too…even though it wasn’t mine. I’m going to have to hold myself back from doing it on every shoot from now on, though.
