I hope this photo doesn’t look too menacing. I make no secret of my disdain for winter, it’s true, but I still like to get out there and try to find the beauty in winter. Even if it is super painful to be out in it all. It’s been really warm here lately, but on this day there was about 5 or 6 inches of snow on the ground and it was probably 25 degrees.
This photo is from a walk in a historic cemetery near my house. I laid on my back in the middle of the road to get this angle. I’m not saying I recommend doing that, but I do like this shot. Taking pictures of the moon is challenging because you don’t realize how bright the moon is and it can be hard to balance the exposure of the moon with everything else in frame. Not to brag, but I did nail this exposure in one try. ;O) Okay bragging over. Enjoy!
